Which publications online and offline do you enjoy reading and why?

I love reading Tatler, O magazine, Spirituality & Health and even Grazia and other high street mags for grounding and seeing what’s real.

Who is your target audience?

I work with spiritual women who desire to be successful but perhaps feel blocked around allowing this to happen. They are mostly soulful entrepreneurs with an online business.

What are your working on currently?

I’ve just wrapped up the High Vibe Live Retreat and we are enrolling women into our two signature programs, Soul Biz Mastery and the High Vibe Mentorship. These programmes offer support and coaching to women looking to create success and need guidance on their steps.

What has been your best career moment?

At the time it was the worst, but giving up my retail business to become more present with my young kids. It was a difficult decision to make but it has opened me up to so much possibility that four walls and a shop could not provide.

Who inspires you?

I’m inspired by mainstream spiritual people like Gabby Bernstein and other entrepreneurs who are continually sharing new and exciting teachings. I’m also hugely inspired by my clients who make massive changes in their life and business through our work together. Some of their stories are incredible!

Where are you happiest?

When I’m at home, cooking and chilling out with my family and enjoying reading a book or journalling.

Who would be your number one dinner guest be and why? (they can be past or present)

I would LOVE to have had Wayne Dyer – he’s been a huge inspiration through all of his work with my mentors and beyond.

If you had to ask us one question what would it be?

I’d love to know your top tip to get noticed by the press!

My advice would be to in the first instance, develop your personal story alongside your introductory story. This gives the business a ‘face’ a spokesperson and addresses the all important human interest factor. Extend beyond the traditional as to why you started this business and be more compelling. Showcase, why this business needs to exist. Highlight the challenges faced by your customers and how your business solves them. By developing a strong and authentic brand and its personal story, you’ll be off to a great start. This story will lay the groundwork for facilitating great media coverage.
